delivery for UK mainland and N. Ireland orders only. Deliveries
to the Republic of Ireland and overseas incur a small delivery
cost. Please allow between 3-5 working days for free delivery
and up to 30 days if out of stock. We also offer next day delivery
for a small addition cost for retail orders which is optional
when you place your order.

Where delivery has been requested for a specific date, FMA Direct
© will endeavour to fulfil this request within the ‘free
delivery’ service but this cannot be guaranteed. FMA Direct
© will not be liable for any claim for compensation whatsoever
for failing to deliver on a particular date.

All prices are quoted in pound sterling only and include VAT
but not import taxes for orders outside the UK.

refund (incl. return P&P costs) or immediate replacement
for products that are found to have been faulty or damaged in
transit (proof from shipping company/courier must be provided

with any of our goods send it back to us and receive a refund
(note:- you will still be liable for the postage & packing
costs should you wish to cancel your order). All goods must
be returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase

reserve the right to refuse refunds for general sports &
leisure goods returned damaged as a result of been broken in
training due to excessive force, use, misuse or carelessness.

Damaged
goods will need to be returned for inspection.

Training
weapons should only used against training weapons with a similar
surface, material and strength. For example, rattan cane against
rattan cane, metal blunt bladed weapon against metal blunt bladed
weapon and so forth.
- Handmade
items sometimes vary due to the natural material used. For example,
stick thickness and horn handled weapons may vary slightly due
to the differing growth life of each material used.
